Free Wired Magazine Subscription!
So on my spare time this week I managed to get a free Wired magazine subscription. If you know Wired, you know it’s a good quality magazine, with the latest on tech news. Any way, this is how I got it.
A couple of months ago I joined MyCokeRewards, which lets you trade points you find in coke product caps for prizes. I only had 3 points, and I really don’t drink soda, so my account just sat there empty… that was until this past week.
Another website I recently joined was Listia which lets you bid on auctions with points you get from inviting friends to join their website, and many other things like shopping online. Listia is like Swagbucks, except you use your points to bid on items sold by other people… This past week I discovered that tons of people sell their Coke points on Listia. I already had 450 points on Listia just from inviting my friends. So I used all my points to buy coke rewards. I won 170 coke points.
Then, I went to mycokerewards.com and traded 165 of those points for a full year Wired Magazine subscription!
I really enjoy magazines, and particularly hate reading online.. so getting a magazine subscription for free was awesome!
